Lil’ Dragons Program
Our Lil’ Dragons Program, is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future. We believe the ages of 5-7 are important years of a child’s development. Our program will enhance positive development in a fun and motivating way.
Our Junior Program is focused on the physical, emotional and mental well being, as well as education of our children. Our program uses interesting and enjoyable methods to keep the students attention and teach our young students skills that they can use for life. We promote non-violent resolutions to conflict. More than any other sport, Martial Arts gives our children the chance to explore their innate powers and marvel as they increase in strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Physical skills act as a foundation for something much more important: the development of value skills, both mental and emotional.
Teen Martial Arts
Our Teen Program helps young adults manage the stresses of school and teenage life. Our classes are a haven for teens to have fun and be themselves while developing life skills and good judgement through mental and physical skill building exercises. Training at Robert Lee Centre gives your teen the edge on making good decisions, enabling them to stay safe, judge accordingly, and become successful in life.
Adult Martial Arts
Our Adult Martial Arts Program is designed to bring out the very best in you no matter what your age. Our adult classes will focus on three areas in addition to our basic Martial Arts: Improving physical fitness, reducing stress, and providing competent self-defense skills. Adult classes also provide students the time to do something for themselves either alone or with a spouse or older children. These classes also provide the added benefit of meeting new friends who share your interest in training. Our program is a total fitness package combining strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination.
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes offer the opportunity to train like a competitive kickboxer, reaping all the fitness benefits without having to get in the ring. Studies show that a 45-60 minute kickboxing class can burn off 600-800 calories!
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a highly effective martial art for men and women. It relies on leverage, timing, and proper technique to overcome larger and stronger opponents. We teach in a safe, friendly, and controlled environment which fosters fun, camaraderie, and respect.
Our Boot Camps offer goal-oriented programs that specialize in getting results guaranteed to "unleash the inner athlete" in each of us. Whether you are looking to tone up, lose fat, gain muscle, reduce stress, gain energy, increase strength and flexibility or just feel better about yourself, we offer programs to inspire and challenge those of all fitness levels.
For those who have special training requirements, time restraints, or simply prefer a more personalized training program, we offer private lessons to suit individual needs.
